Online citizen journalism provides a platform for people to voice their opinions on various topics. The question is where to start and what needs to be done to generate discussion?

This guide focuses on writing blogs*, providing an outline of how to get started, how to collect information, and how to tell it accurately. In addition, advice is given on how not to break any laws and how bloggers can protect themselves and remain anonymous.
