Vacancy: URGENT: ADMINISTRATION OFFICER - SOUTH SULAWESI

USAID-supported project seeks additional experienced professionals to fill the Administration Officer based in South Sulawesi to support a national project to rapidly increase immunization coverage. S/he will be responsible for the all administration and office operations functions for PCHC Indonesia South Sulawesi field office including the operations and upkeep of PCHC office facilities and administrative project support functions. Key tasks include formally establishing office facilities and assuring regular maintenance, establishing and managing a filing system, supervision of administrative support staff and vehicle fleet, and day-to-day office management functions.

Requirements: University degree, minimum 5 years experience in an equivalent position, experience working in a similar position in an NGO or an international organization, knowledge of USAID supported programs, excellent command over the English language. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, stressful environment and willing to travel to districts on PCHC business, perform other duties and work irregular hours. Duration of assignment is 7 month and starting date on August 1st, 2008.
