Presentation: PKK Education Pilot Monitoring Results (Sulsel and Sulbar)

SOfEI supported the monitoring and evaluation of the community based education pilot project, located in 4 provinces South Sulawesi, West Sulawesi, North Sulawesi and South Kalimantan. The program aims to provide the community with more space to participate in and increase access to quality of education. This initiative is implemented through the Kecamatan Development Project and in coordination with the Ministry of National Education. Save The Children-UK, as the partner for monitoring and evaluating the education pilot project has completed the final report for the first year of the pilot. To support the exchange of knowledge and lessons learned of the KDP Education pilot a presentation will be held to disseminate the results to key stakeholders from South and West Sulawesi on June 5th at 1o am at BaKTI.

Objectives
1. To encourage knowledge exchange between key stakeholders interested and involved in the  KDP Education pilot,  specifically in South Sulawesi and West Sulawesi, and provide possible input for future direction of the pilot program
2. To socialize the final report results, data and lessons learned to those directly involved in the pilot program and others with an interest in community based education
3. To gain feedback on the pilot from academics, government, NGOs, donors and other interested parties
